Maxisys 906 cant program key when 2007 land cruiser lost it

My maxisys read dtc "b2799 engine immobiliser system malfunction "
When we try to erease the key or program new one : it Sayed wait 120 second after that, this message appear : (tronspoder code erasure has failed. the step exeeded the time limit . do you want to try again? ) and we try so many time but still have the same problem :(
